Refund Policy
We aim to make the customer happy. We do not offer exchanges unless we have the item currently in stock and the item is returned unwashed, unworn, or damaged. However, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to the vendor. The customer has up to 15 days from the date the item was received to notify the vendor and request an exchange or refund, and 30 days to ship to the vendor. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis when the customer and vendor can't obtain an amicable resolve.
Shipping
Please allow 3 – 15 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. Please note that the processing of your order(s) is dependent on the popularity/ demand of the item(s). Some items take no more than 3 days to ship out, in other cases, it may take a little bit longer. However, please be guaranteed that we work hard to ensure that every order is shipped out within the specified processing and production time. Please note we do not ship on the weekends or US federal holidays.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
